We were looking for a family home as new residents of Michigan, and she did a fabulous job. It was difficult not being from the area but Jessica gave us all the information we needed to make a great decision on our home buying experience. Very knowledgeable with all the different cities/areas surrounding the Kalamazoo region and maybe for a rare occasion where she didn't know the answer to a question we had, she would research and contact whoever she needed to and get back to us very quickly. After we moved in Jessica emailed us and asked how we were doing. She said she wanted to check in and make sure everything was good. Since we were new to the area, she gave us many recommendations to different stores among other things. She also said that if we needed anything else not to hesitate to ask. She made the home buying process so much easier.

Her explanations of the team concept that the Matt Mulder team use was especially a good concept. From our first meeting Jessica displayed knowledge of the market and the conditions that could impact the sale. She was a very forthcoming polite young lady. Responsiveness, I would have to rate as 100% plus. While not expecting anyone to be tethered and waiting for a call from me, Jessica always met or exceeded by answering the phone right off, having a team member contact right back or answering via phone or text quickly. We could look for a long time before finding anyone else to do as well. My husband and I really did feel that the team concept proved to be useful. We loved the professional photographer that made our home glow. The editorial on our home made me want to buy it! Jessica, we felt was always very honest and upfront about where and what could or should be negotiated about. We know that if we are in the market to buy or sell again in the future that we will be hoping that Jessica is still in the area to represent us.
