We had a nightmare of a time selling our house in Colorado because of burst pipes and flooding on closing day back in January. Jessica helped us secure a rental agreement with the sellers here so that we could move in to the house we were set to buy here. She was patient and helpful to both ourselves and the sellers here and made an uncomfortable situation bearable for all concerned. This was a difficult home to sell, but Jessica stayed with it and was able to sell the house with a full price offer! She was very good with prospective buyers, and then did everything she could to make the sale go through. She helped set up contractors for needed repairs, and kept me informed every step of the process. Without her help, I am sure the sale would not have gone through. Many realtors can list an home, but the great one get it all done and close the sale. Jessica did all of that! I am quite pleased and appreciative of her services!
