About Jessica Smith

Jessica (Jess) was born and raised in Texas, where she met her husband, Kasey. She graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor's of Science in Criminal Justice. Jess worked as a veterinary technician through college, and in her professional life, she started working as the Director of Operations for 5 years at the Texas Coalition for Animal Protection, a non-profit organization. Kasey and Jess decided to make some big changes in 2017, when she got her Florida license in real estate and they moved to the Forgotten Coast of Florida. As a true craftsman, Kasey started his own business, remodeling homes. Jess loves helping people with buying and selling homes and vacant land, and sold over $53 million in the 7 years she and Kasey lived in Florida. Always knowing their end goal was to live in the Rocky Mountains, they planned and saved, and in 2021 they bought a small piece of their own Colorado dirt, with a view of the beautiful Sangres that they fell in love with. Jess got her Colorado real estate license prior to moving, and happily joined Martin & Tope, once they got settled. She has a passion for dirt bike riding, spear fishing, backpacking in the mountains, and taking photos of sceneries and wildlife. Jess continues to grow her real estate clientele because she is professional, stays up-to-date on real estate trends, is detailed, and shows her clients she cares about every single transaction. Often being called the "go-to" girl, she is ready to help you with your real estate needs!
