To our surprise, we found exactly what we wanted quickly! She helped tremendously with the negotiation, helped us find a fantastic mortgage company, and was invaluable during the option period. She helped us find a great inspector too! She was SO knowledgable about the area, the school district and the whole buying process. It had been a little while since we went through that process and I was a bit nervous. But we closed with out issue. When it came to selling our old house she really shined. She helped us figure out what we needed to upgrade/change, and because of her knowledge helped close the sell of our old house in the middle of a pandemic! ZillowVERIFIED As many others have attested, Jessica is genuinely personable, sharp, communicative, accommodating and just knows the market. I think when one is going thru this process, you want someone who is objective and opinionated about what needs to be done, when the best time is to do it and is flexible enough to adjust as those change. I particularly like that she employs so many different ways to interact - email, text, phone and video depending on the urgency and need. My house sold overnight. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED When it came time to sell our house we had a relatively tight deadline and three dogs. We didn't like the uncertainty of how long the house might be on the market, and the struggle of trying to keep it clean for showings with the pets while packing. So we got a couple offers from iBuyers and were pleasantly surprised by how fair they actually were, and totally hassle-free. Seemed like a no-brainer. But Jessica lived in the neighborhood, and I decided to contact her before going through with an iBuyer. I was impressed with her very thorough marketing plan, but for our situation we just didn't want to list the house on the market and wait. But Jessica was able to connect us directly to buyers, without having to do formal showings, in a process that was just as easy as our iBuyer alternative. I never knew this was possible. ZillowVERIFIED Let me tell you about Jessica: she is amazing. She is extremely friendly, personable, easy to get in touch with, and absolutely motivated. When I first spoke with her about selling my house, she came and met with me and we discussed some things about my house that I could do to make it more marketable. But everything we talked about was reasonable. She didn't say anything like YOU MUST DO THIS, but she gave recommendations from practically no budget to more budget to improve the sale of my home. Not only that, but she had a professional photographer take pictures of my home AFTER she had a professional come and work with me for a few hours to perfectly pose my home to put its best face forward. I remained flexible and open minded. My house went on the market on a Friday, she did an open house on that Sunday, and by Monday morning I had received MULTIPLE offers and basically had to choose from which offer posed the most solid, trustworthy deal for me. She was quick to keep in touch with my buyers and everything went off without a hitch. Because she protected me from step one to closing. She made sure I was covered from so many aspects, that my deal was a solid one, that going into such a big plan was with as much guarantee and promise as she could give me. She's got your back. She wants you to have the most amazing house selling experience ever. And I just cannot say enough about how smooth and perfect everything was.
