ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough about Jessica! I have worked with her through three real estate transactions. Through my business I have a professional network including established relationships with over 500 agents and Jessica is 100% my choice everytime!!! As a selling agent she is not afraid to ask for top $ and the price she sets always comes through. I have a saying that everything she touches turns to gold. She works her magic and uses the right tools and marketing to get the listing in front of a larger audience and isn't afraid to set a new market price for any area and it's crazy how she gets what she asks! She set the price for my condo as the highest price ever asked in the community and we had four offers within three days with an accepted offer for above asking. As a buyers representative she gives solid advice and isn't afraid to speak her mind when she feels like a property is not a good investment. She has helped me make solid real estate investments and made it possible for me to pay off my mortgage in just 6 years. I can't thank her enough. I wouldn't purchase any property without considering and following her advice. She is absolutely the best agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica was our agent when we bought a condo in River Strand in 2015We bought a condo this year in Tidewater Preserve this Summer and Jessica was our realtor again . She is excellent. She guided us thru the buying process and kept in constant communication with us. She even reached out to us two years ago to let us know about the investment opportunity in the brand new condo in Tidewater. We are extremely happy with both units and cannot thank Jessica enough for helping us out. She is really in love with her job and the real estate business.

ZillowVERIFIED Words can not describe how good of a job Jessica did selling our house! She went above and beyond the call of duty, did way more than we could of ever asked of a realtor! She was always on top of everything and constantly had potential buyers in the house with showings and open houses. We are so pleased with her work and so glad that we used her. So much better than any other realtor we have worked with in the past! Thank you Jessica and team!

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica was fantastic. After being on the market for close to 6 months with another agent with little results Jessica came in and completely restaged my home to make it look beyond wonderful. She continued to keep me informed of the process and explained everything to me in detail. She worked hard and was very dedicated to me and within a few months my house was sold. Jessica will be highly recommended by me to anyone I know looking to buy or sell. When I am in the market to buy my next home Jessica will be my first call.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. She was in constant communication with us and went above and beyond to assist us in our closing. There was an issue with the wiring of the funds for from the closing of our prior home in another city that was the responsibility of the realtor that handled the listing. Without Jessica assistance we would have incurred needless expenses of close to a thousand dollars due to the closing dates. But even more we appreciated her understanding and seeing our needs for our home in Bradenton. She found us a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. We strongly recommend her to anyone we meet with the need of a great realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica sold the homes of many of my friends in the River Sound Subdivision. We have worked with her co-worker Chris Byrd for several years, so when we were ready to sell, we asked Chris to bring Jessica on board as a team. What a delight! She is exuberant and a genuine pleasure with which to work.Jessica takes the stressful process of selling your home and turns in into a challenging fun experience. After my house sold, we worked together to stage a home she was listing for sale. What a fun day we had!I would not hesitate in recommending Jessica for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica is very knowledgeable and professional. We were looking for a new home to accommodate adding a widowed disabled family member. We found the perfect home and turned out Jessica was the agent. Jessica worked with the current homeowner, told our story, which I believe is why we were chosen as the buyer. We needed to do renovations and Jessica gave us names of contractors, etc. Jessica not only looked out for the buyer, but she also made sure our best interests were taken care of as well. We liked Jessica's professionalism so much, we had her sell our previous house.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica was absolutely wonderful to work with. This was purchased as a second home so we were at the mercy of what we were seeing on the internet (wow it looked so different in the pictures) each time we made a trip down. Jessica got a feel for what we were looking for and took the ball and ran with it, weeding out what ones she saw first hand and knew weren't like the pictures!

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica is awesome at what she does! She helped us sell our house which was in a difficult legal situation with a co-owner. ZillowVERIFIED Jessica Ross went above and beyond anything I have come to expect from realtors. I interviewed 4 realtors to help me sell my mothers home, and no one compared to Jessica. Her experience and enthusiasm put her head and shoulders above her competition. After selecting Jessica, she introduced us to her team some of which includes a home stager, and a painter. We LOVE the professional photography, it made the home look amazing. We were so pleased with her team's professional and hard-working spirits. I recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica and her team at Caldwell Banker were instrumental in the sale of my father's home in Palm Air. She took the time to review comparative properties for sale so I could get a realistic idea of the property's value and together we established a fair asking price. I live over a thousand miles away in another state and she took complete charge of negotiations based on our agreed expectations while keeping me in the loop. I found Jessica to be extremely professional, very knowledgeable about the Sarasota market and always took time to answer any questions I had. What I found to be so exceptional about her is that she cares about her clients, their well being and their true satisfaction with the relationship, post sale. I would recommend her to anyone looking to find a honest trustworthy representative in the Sarasota real estate market.
