We had very specific wants and needs and Jessica listened to us and continually suggested homes that fit those criteria during our search. When we finally found the home that we wanted, she had the confidence and negotiation skills to get our offer accepted with a very short escrow period. During the escrow period, Jessica maintained clear communication with our lender, the escrow agent, the seller's agent and us while also handling and assisting with the home inspections. She was able to help us negotiate additional credits back from the seller before the final closing date. Throughout the entire process she was pro-active, knowledgeable, personable and professional.

To start, Jessica was very accommodating before I had an approved loan, the time spent and effort put into showing homes while not knowing the amount I would be approved for was not lost on me. Her communication is excellent , responding via text or email at anytime of the day. As a first time buyer I had many many questions and each was answered and explained in a way that an outsider to the real estate business could understand.
