About Jessica Pherson

Jessica grew up in New York and New Jersey. Then, after obtaining a strong background in sales, customer service, and retail management, in 2014 Jessica decided to apply her skills to the world of real estate. As a result, she has gained knowledge and experience not only in selling houses, but in commercial sales, land, and rentals as well. Following her success in NJ, Jessica moved her expertise to the Triad, finding a new home in Clemmons and then here at Mantle Realty. Jessica relocated to beautiful North Carolina in 2016 with her husband Paul, and their daughter, Lily, to get a taste of country living, where their youngest daughter, Seraphina, soon followed. She has since gained knowledge in assisting clients buy and sell homes in Davidson, Forsyth, Guilford, Yadkin, and Rockingham counties, and continues to expand! She also still works as a referral agent for NJ, NY, PA, and other parts of NC and beyond. Jessica was really wonderful to work with. This is the first home we have sold and had a lot of questions, but Jessica was incredibly patient and always available to answer our questions despite our time difference. She explained everything clearly and provided advice whenever we asked. We moved out of state shortly after listing and Jessica really helped us with finding a contractor, making sure our home was ready for showings, and more.

Jessica was amazing!! We are out of state buyers and she worked with us to find our home and helped every step of the way. She would do video tours when we couldnt come into town and was always available if we needed her. She worked with our mortgage broker and lawyers to make the process as seamless as possible. When an issue did arise she was helping fix it along the way. I cant recommend Jessica enough! 100/10 Thank you so much for everything, Jessica!!

I am going to add to the other 5-star reviews on here, but I would give MORE than 5 stars if I could! Jessica is amazing and I am SO happy with my new home. I don't know how it's possible, but the entire process was less stressful than grocery shopping on a budget - but she made it so.
