About Jessica Saunders

I grew up and still reside in Aroostook County, Maine. I attended Southern Aroostook Community High School graduating in 2015. Immediately following, I attended the University of Maine in Presque Isle, where I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administation with a concentration in Management and Leadership. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, whether it's conquering Mt.Katahdin, horseback riding with my husband, playing Co-Ed softball, even coaching at Southern Aroostook Community School. Jessica is a lovely real estate agent. Though new to the business, she is thorough, attentive, and patient with her clients. She is punctual for appointments, a good communicator, and negotiates well when needed. If Jessica doesn't know an answer, she researches it and provides one before too much time passes. Jessica was patient and attentive to new listings to find that perfect house, it was harder to find what we were looking for close to Bangor and with what we needed. She was also able to answer or quickly find the answer to everyone of our various questions, I cannot recommend her enough to find your perfect home.

I cannot recommend Jessica Nye highly enough! As a Florida resident looking to buy a home in Maine, I was initially apprehensive about the process. My husband and I tried to work with three other realtors in Maine when one of them told us to go on Zillow because they had more realtors who may have time to work with us. At that point we were very frustrated and ready to give up on trying to purchase a piece of land that we liked. While in a motel, because one of the realtors backed out of a meeting, we went on Zillow and requested a showing at the land that we were interested it. Within minutes, at 11 pm on a Saturday, Jessica Nye text us to introduce herself and let us know that she would be willing to help us with the showing. That text gave us hope that we would be able to accomplish this dream that we had. We met Jessica at the land that weekend and talked. We loved her personality, energy and passion to help us. Throughout the next couple of weeks, Jessica got us all the answers that we were looking for and kept things moving. A couple of times other people tried to slow things down and make things difficult, but Jessica was right on top of it and she kept things on schedule and made sure the agreement was followed. Without Jessica, I think my husband and I may have given up on this dream. We can't thank her enough for keeping our hope alive and helping us through this process. At closing Jessica gave us a folder with a copy of all the forms that we filled out. On the front of that folder it says, "Outstanding Agents, Outstanding Results". Jessica is that kind of a realtor.
