I will start with the positives she works hard and my home sold much faster than anticipated which I believe was a combined effort on both our parts. But I would never use her again or recommend her. She is untrustworthy. We originally agreed to a lower commission if my home sold in less than 3 months, which is the only reason I agreed to list with her. We signed a contract based on these terms. The day we found a buyer, she changed the contract to list a higher commission for herself. This was something we NEVER discussed. But because she had all the buyers information and I didnt want to forfeit the sell of the home, I felt obligated to sign the new contract she presented with this higher commission. I dont know if this was her plan from the beginning or she honestly thought the home wouldnt sell that fast, but the results are the same she swindled me out of my money. I told her that I didnt appreciate being lied to and that she knows this was never the original agreement but I would sign it to move the sell forward. So just be cautious of who you are doing business with, if you decide to choose her as your realtor. And I have the text and contracts to support everything I am saying. My original gratefulness turned into a tolerance to complete the sell of my home. Make a better decision than me and shop around.

Jessica Stepped in and did exactly what she said she would do and that was find my wife and I the home our hearts desired! We couldnt have been so grateful for her and her team for working with us. When all hope was loss she said aEURoeKeithston you wont find the perfect home, the perfect home will find youaEUR? and we werent even looking at this property as hard as we were but she was right it found us!!!! Shes a GOAT in my book, a loving person who cares about her clients, and a great realtor. I will recommend Jessica Niter to anyone shes a blessing to our family and is now considered FAMILY
