I was most definitely one of her most difficult clients - I thought for sure the entire task of selling & buying at the same time would be impossible. Jess ensured me from the very beginning that she has it covered and she was absolutely right! She is a true professional - knows the market, isn't pushy, negotiates like a boss, she's prompt and never dropped the ball once. I had such a hard time dealing with the lengthy process and the waiting, the costs involved, the emotions of letting my first house go, etc. Basically, if there was something to gripe about I was blowing her phone up about it. Honestly, if I were her client I would have ceased the relationship and sent me away to someone else but she followed through on every promise she made from the very beginning. I got top dollar for my house, had 2 offers within 24 hours of listing it and was under contract within a matter of days. The price she suggested for my home was exactly what I got AND what it appraised for - couldn't have asked for a better outcome! Today I closed on both the sale of my current home and the purchase of my new one. To anyone out there that's questioning if Jess can get it done and if she's the realtor that you should hire, she absolutely is and she can help you!! Jess, cannot say sorry enough for how difficult I made the entire process but I truly appreciate your professionalism and the fact that you didn't let me give up. The end result was well worth it and I couldn't be happier!! So, when it came time to look into selling that home and purchasing a new one we knew Jess was the one to go to! Selling our home was so smooth. We were presented pricing options and were able to offer our input, ultimately listing at a price we all felt was appropriate. Jess handled the marketing of our home, had professional photographs taken and even a promotional video! After seven showings and multiple offers within 48 hours, we were under contract for above asking less than three days after going on the market.The buying process can be quite stressful, even when you know what you want/need. Jess always answered our calls and texts, set up appointments to see homes as quickly as she could, and was always there to offer advice and thoughtful insight. She helped us craft an aggressive offer on the home we ultimately bought, which positioned us well to compete at a time when the market was so hot.
