Accurate, market-driven pricing positions a home to attract serious buyers quickly and helps avoid extended time on the market or price reductions later. I had a first-time home buyer couple that was on a strict timeline for purchasing due to the arrival of their first child, I was able to help them secure new construction that they thought wasn't in the budget but was able to negotiate a great deal on their behalf, now they can focus on the joys of their first child and a home that's not a headache.

I came into real estate after more than 22 years of working directly with the public in customer-focused roles. Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed helping people navigate important decisions, solve problems, and feel confident in the choices they’re making. Real estate felt like a natural transition because it combines strong client relationships with the need for clear guidance and education. Many people enter the process believing they understand it, only to realize how complex it truly is. I saw an opportunity to provide clarity, set realistic expectations, and help clients make informed decisions during one of the largest financial transactions of their lives.
