ZillowVERIFIED We began our journey of selling our home with another agent. 20 days in, we had no traffic, no interest, and we were running short on time with our contingency. Thankfully she let us out of the contract. Robert had sold us our house 11 years prior and he immediately came to mind. 11 years ago he was calm, confident, connected, and competent. I sent him an inquiry on his website and he called me back right away and even remembered who I was and the house he sold me. The next day he came over and got to work. Two days later we had a sign in the yard, a photographer taking new pictures and an open house scheduled. Robert sent out our listing to hundreds of realtors. We had inquiries and house showings virtually every day. In roughly two weeks we had a full price offer and our house is now in the hands of its new owners. Robert is honest, knowledgeable, and is well established in the industry. His experience and network are invaluable. He is kind, always available to answer questions, and his staff, especially Jessica, are quick, caring, personable. His company runs like a well oiled machine. I clicked the have an agent contact me link a few minutes after midnight and 20 mins later Robert was introducing himself and asking how he could help us. We live out of the area but knew we wanted to live near our kids and grandkids. Let me preface by saying that I first called Robert with reluctance because of the false notion that I should list our home with a well known local guy; however, I knew from our initial meeting that I had made the right choice in contacting Robert. He was able to answer my questions with confidence, gave guidance that turned out to be spot on, and his anticipated results for the sale of our home were unbelievably accurate. When Robert explained to me what his team does to market a home, I was blown away by his innovative strategies and felt blessed to be getting his team and their expertise for the same commission percentage as any other realtor earns. Most importantly, his strategies worked! Our listing started on a Monday, we had multiple offers by Wednesday, and accepted an offer on Thursday. We received update calls and always felt that we were in the loop all the way through to closing. The majority of the calls came directly from Robert; I secretly think that he is a twin because I don't see how he can give everyone such personalized attention. To be clear, I had never met Robert prior to the listing of our home, and with all sincerity, I cannot see ever working with anyone else.
