Jessica helped us purchase a new house in North Dallas in a very quick time frame. We relocated from out of state and knew nothing about the different areas of Dallas. Her knowledge about the area allowed us to find the perfect house in an outstanding neighborhood and superior public school district, which were both very important to us. She listened to my worries and hesitations about moving to such a new and unfamiliar place, and made herself available to talk by phone outside of normal buisness hours to try and find us the perfect house to make in to our next home. She is extremely knowledgeable about the North Dallas area and what the surrounding areas has to offer for a family with a toddler. Because of Jessica, we were able to purchase a house in an area of town that I don't believe we could have with out her. She went above and beyond to get us in to a property she believed was a perfect fit for us, and she was right....because that was the house we purchased!
