ZillowVERIFIEDI had the great pleasure of working with Jessica when as I call it, she was "pawned off to me" by a realtor who was too busy to care or even meet me yet I was buying one of his properties and he came referred to me by my brother as a realtor. Still to this date never met the guy. Sad. But it all turned out to be a HUGE BLESSING in disguise as Jessica was always there ready to help me. I just wrote the listing agent off and she became my realtor and go to person for everything. Had it not been for Jessica and her desire to want to help and be there for "me" I would have walked away from the whole thing. Seriously. I was that upset with how that other realtor treated me. So Jessica saved the whole deal and me and I am now in a great house because of HER. (I was so happy to learn she had moved onto another real estate company after I closed on my house. She deserved better and a company who could appreciate all she brings to the table.) Jessica excels in knowledge and customer service. And knows the ins and outs of the area. I was new to NC having just moved from FL. Jessica was always there for questions and answers and if she didn't know she was honest about it and quickly found out the information (vs making stuff up) and that speaks to her chatacter. Her responses were very timely whether by phone, text or email throughout my process of looking and buying a home. She even knew all the needed players to help make the home buying process smooth example a surveyor, or how to get an elevation certificate for insurance, and more. Things I would not have known I needed in NC. (And also knew everything about the title side and closing too from her previous position working for a NC real estate lawyer.) She also made herself available to assist me with a general contractor appointment so all my concerns and those I may not have thought of were addressed with the GC. She never dropped the ball and has excellent follow through skills. Top knotch, great person to work with. I highly, highly recommend Jessica!!
