If you are looking for an agent who has your back 110% then you dont need to look any further. Jessica was recommended for me by two other real estate agent who also family members. This is my first time buying a home and Jessica helped me every step of the way. She is super positive, very realistic (which I definitely needed at times), extremely knowledgeable, and genuine. As first time home buyers, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. Thankfully, we had someone as wonderful as Jessica to guide us through. When I say we couldnt have closed on our home without her, I mean that. Our situation was complex to begin with, and then throwing covid into the mix made it even worse, but for every problem that came up, Jessica had a solution. She even helped us switch lenders last minute & found us one that could actually close us since the initial lender didnt hold up their end of the bargain. Things that other people werent able to do or didnt care to help with, she was there to lend a hand. She kept us in the loop every step of the way & was always more than happy to help. She seriously went above & beyond... Trust me when I say she knows what shes doing & is very good at what she does. She has your best interest at heart & from beginning to end, she treats you as if shes helping a family member buy a house. Even with a grumpy spouse losing his cool a couple of times(not her fault though) she still kept a positive attitude & helped us push through. The end goal was to close on our house, & because of her we were able to do that. If you want a realtor that truly cares about your family & will stop at nothing to make sure her clients are happy, then shes your girl. From the start of our house buying in Jan 2020 to when we actually closed in Sept 2020, she has been there regardless of what time of day it is. We are so beyond grateful for her time, effort, & genuine care that she has put into our home buying process! Shes the best realtor out there!
