In 2019, Jessica Lucas was sure she'd have to give up on this "whole real estate thing" after relocating to a city where she didn't know a soul...for the second time. Then in 2020, she personally wrote $15 Million worth of business between two different markets; Hampton Roads, Virginia and Charleston, South Carolina. She was also the #1 producing solo-agent in Keller Williams-Charleston, but high production numbers weren't what mattered most to her. She wanted to cast a wider net than she could on her own. Her largest goal was to help more people realize their own potential - this included her clients through their homeownership goals and other agents trying to grow their businesses the way she'd been able to. This is what sparked her to form Coastal Edge Group during her best year yet. "I truly want to see others grow. I find that if I do right by others, if I help them grow then they will return the favor. Through this ideology, I have been able to develop a powerful network of friends and colleagues that would help me in a second, as I would do the same for them. It's a great feeling to have this group of people supporting me and my clients," says Lucas. Today Jessica Lucas is the sole proprietor of Coastal Edge Group, an expansion team of four members and growing. She is now licensed in three states; Virginia, South Carolina and North Carolina, with plans to expand as far as her journey takes her. Jessica is a mother of three to; Brayden, Carstyn and Ryan, and an active-duty, Navy spouse to Dan. Jessica says her family makes up her "big why" and that she and her husband are one another's greatest supporters for making each of their careers a possibility. Her family has traveled throughout the country with Dan's career which has left her with an extensive network throughout the United States.
