Jessica Lipscomb

Jessica Lipscomb is an award-winning, top producing Realtor(R) who brings her BA in Communication Studies & Public Relations from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington to her position as Broker/Owner of family-held real estate company, Houses & More Real Estate.

Celebrating her 10th year as a licensed Realtor(R), Jessica earned her Graduate Realtor(R) Institute designation in 2014, her Accredited Buyers Representative designation in 2015, and her Military Relocation Professionals designation in 2019. She became C2EX Endorsed in 2019.

Jessica was the 2015 Vice President of the North Central WV regional MLS and served as the 2016 President of the Morgantown Board of Realtors(R). During this term, she wrote a popular weekly real estate column in the Dominion Post newspaper.

The Morgantown Board of Realtors(R) honored her with the "Rising Star" award in 2013, the "President's Award" in 2015, and the "Realtor(R) of the Year" award in 2016.

A 2015 graduate of the West Virginia Association of Realtors(R) Leadership Academy, Jessica was appointed as the 2017 Secretary of the West Virginia Association of Realtors(R) and was the 2019 Chair of the state's Education Committee. Now, she currently serves both as a State Director and as the 2020 Secretary of the West Virginia Association of Realtors(R). Jessica writes for the West Virginia Association of Realtors(R) magazine, which is published quarterly.

She was named a "WV Wonder Woman" by WV Living Magazine in 2016 and was named a "40 Under 40" by the State Journal in 2017.

After serving as the West Virginia state representative on the National Association of Realtors(R) RPAC Participation Council in 2016, Jessica is now serving a three-year term on the National Association of Realtors(R) Commitment to Excellence committee.
