When we were ready to purchase a second home years back I did some research and I liked what a lot of reviewers were saying about the Lees Agency on New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood NJ particularly about Jessica and Rali. We purchased our first home in Wildwood Crest going with them and they were always available and answered any of our first time purchasing and a little nervous questions with knowledge and kindness. Our transaction to purchase went very smoothly thanks to Jessica and Rali. When we were ready to sell our first home because we wanted to upgrade of course we went right back to Lee's Agency to put our place up for sale and to purchase another. We found our second home and with Jessica and Rali's help settled and have been very happy with the whole transaction. Also any recommendations for companies that you may need coming form them have all been positive. To be honest this was an easy decision to select her as my buying agent. I had previously sold my last condo through Jess in one day with multiple offers. Jess as a selling agent was even better. She listened to me, asked for feedback and then went to work. She presented only condos that she knew would fit my needs. Her local knowledge, experience and customer satisfaction is what makes her successful. When it came to making an offer she guided me in the process and was an honest and professional negotiator. There were a few issues during the final walk through, which she reacted to quickly and handled them. Then came closing, I was able to see how other realtors can be unprepared or just don't care about their clients. Needless to say Jess will be the only agent I use and recommend for South Jersey.
