ZillowVERIFIED Jessica did an outstanding job. She went above and beyond to help me find a house and make sure that the closing went through without any issues, including recommending an excellent local mortgage agent and attorney. ZillowVERIFIED We were first time home-sellers and Jessica did a wonderful job guiding us through the process. We were able to secure a full price offer within 3 days!! Jessica was always available to talk and was very responsive to emails and text messages. She had numerous contacts within the community which came in handy when we had questions about our inspection report. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! I would highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Jessica, she is the most excellent and effective Real Estate Professional we have ever worked with! She is trustworthy, knowledgeable, timely, persistent and organized. Buying a home is one of the most stressful and emotional thing you can do and Jessica took care of most everything along the way. Without her we probably wouldn't have our dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Jessica was an A+ experience! Jessica was with us to guide us through a "Triple Closing" all in one day. Even after closing she helped us with painters, contractors, stone and tile companies to make our new house a home. A true five star experience!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I knew the prospect of selling our house was going to be difficult since our home was well above the average home sale price in our town. We knew we needed to use an agent that had extensive knowledge of not just the real estate market, but the higher end sales. Jess was amazing in every aspect from contact with us, customers, real estate agents and even contractors. Whenever there was an issue with something in our home whether is be a repair, an inspection, or something as simple as a quick landscape cleanup Jess had a referral and was willing to not only provide us the their information but contact them for us if necessary, She is extremely thorough and even handled things that our legal counsel inadvertently let fall through the cracks. I would highly recommend Jess since she is a seasoned agent with a tenacity to get your house sold in a quick and professional manner. She is trustworthy and committed to her customers. You will love working with her and she will not let you down.

ZillowVERIFIED We tried to buy a house for 1 year and when we was finding a good house for us it was always too late. But when we met Jessica we realized that everything would change. As a result we signed a contract during first three weeks working with her. Besides it was a great pleasure to work with her because Jessica is very respectful, professional and just a really nice person who always on your side and gives you a lot of useful advices.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Jessica in June 2017 to sell our house and buy a new house. She takes you from start to finish and does not forget anything. She guides you step by step through each part of the process. There is zero pressure at any phase. We honestly would not be in our new home without her! She is readily available at all hours of the day!! I can not say enough good things. If you plan to see or buy do NOT look elsewhere Jessica will be the best decision you make. Carrie

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a listing agent, please stop your search now. I can't imagine you will find a more professional, resourceful, diligent, or knowledgeable realtor than Jessica Leale. Jessica deployed a well thought out strategy involving price point and timing that had us under contract in just a few days. Her thorough understanding of the market and how to show a home was crucial in selling our home. We consider Jessica more of a partner than an agent in this process. She has also been impressive in her knowledge and patient in her understanding of our housing needs in finding us exactly what we wanted, in the area we desired. We highly recommend Jessica and look forward to working with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Great professional experience. She provided us with multiple homes to see in the exploration process and guided us from pricing and comps all the way through striking a deal. She assisted us through a failed offer attempt and ultimately a successful purchase. Being first time homebuyers on Long Beach Island, her personal attention and thoughtfulness allowed us to make a confident purchase knowing all the variables and options available. I would recommend Jessica to other buyers.
