Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Start by understanding your budget, monthly payment, and long-term goals. A home that looks perfect online isn’t always the right fit once you factor in the neighborhood, commute, schools, or future resale value. I also encourage buyers to ask questions throughout the process. Buying a home is a major financial decision, and you should feel confident every step of the way. My job is to explain the process clearly, point out things you may not notice during a showing, and help you make informed decisions.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

The most important decision in selling a home is choosing the right list price. I take the time to evaluate current market conditions, comparable sales, buyer demand, and what makes your home unique to develop a pricing strategy that gives you the best opportunity for success. Combined with professional marketing and strong presentation, that helps your home stand out from the moment it hits the market.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I’ve worked with first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, tenants throughout Orange County and greater Southern California. I’ve also helped clients purchase homes for retirement, and navigate relocations from out of state and abroad. Every client has different goals, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Some people want detailed guidance through every step, while others simply want someone who communicates well and keeps the transaction moving smoothly. I tailor my approach to what each client needs.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

One transaction that stands out involved helping my buyers purchase a home in a highly competitive multiple-offer situation. They had fallen in love with the home, but there were several competing offers, including offers with higher purchase prices. Instead of simply increasing their offer, I worked with the buyers and lender to create a stronger overall package that aligned with the seller’s priorities. We moved quickly, maintained clear communication throughout the process, and negotiated strategically beyond just the purchase price. Even though our offer wasn’t the highest, my clients won the home. We also negotiated a $30,000 seller credit for a temporary rate buydown, secured an additional $5,000 credit for HVAC repairs, and closed in just 15 days. My clients purchased the home they loved while staying under budget and lowering their monthly payment. Transactions like this remind me that success isn’t always about offering the most money. It’s about understanding the other side’s priorities, communicating effectively, and creating solutions that benefit everyone involved.

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

My interest in real estate began years ago while working in the title and escrow industry, where I saw firsthand how important it is to have someone you can trust when buying or selling a home. That experience inspired me to build a career focused on educating clients, solving problems, and helping people make confident decisions during one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. After earning my California real estate license in 2024, I joined First Team Real Estate in 2025 because of its deep Orange County roots, collaborative culture, and commitment to hands-on training and mentorship. That ongoing investment in my education allows me to better serve my clients with knowledgeable guidance, clear communication, and a personalized approach from our first conversation through closing.

Yes. In addition to being a licensed California REALTOR®, I’ve earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designations. I’ve also completed specialized training in Negotiation and Transaction Coordination through the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR). My background in title/escrow, marketing, and transaction coordination has also shaped how I work. I believe clear communication, careful organization, and strong negotiation skills are just as important as knowing the market.
