It is important to find someone you trust and truly vibe with. Commitment is key—when you find the right agent and commit to them exclusively, they in turn can commit to you 100% and give you the full attention, loyalty, and guidance you deserve.

Pricing matters. In this market, a home priced correctly will attract attention and sell. When a property is priced slightly below market value, it can create competition and generate stronger interest from buyers. One thing is certain: overpriced homes tend to sit on the market, receive fewer showings, and often lead to low offers or price reductions. Trust your agent. We are constantly analyzing the market, touring homes, watching buyer behavior, and staying closely connected to what is happening in real time.

The process of buying and selling a home may stay the same, but every client is different. I’m grateful to work with a wide range of people, including luxury buyers and sellers, first-time homebuyers, and clients who are downsizing. Each one brings a unique story, a unique goal, and a unique dream. That is one of the things I love most about this business. I get to play a hands-on role in helping people through one of the biggest moments of their lives—and that is incredibly rewarding.

Every transaction is unique, and I learn something from every single one. It would be hard to choose just one that I’m most fond of because each experience brings something special. Recently, I worked with a luxury buyer and seller whose home was absolutely stunning, highly customized, and truly a showstopper. It was so much fun marketing that listing. I’ve also had the pleasure of helping four first-time home buyers recently. Each one was different, but all were such a delight to work with. I got started in real estate while selling my own home. The market was crazy, we couldn’t find our next house, and even though we had an agent working hard for us, there was no Zillow, no Realtor.com, and not everyone even had internet. I called my agent and told her I was going to buy a list of homes in the neighborhoods I wanted, then start calling and door knocking. That effort led to three listing appointments for her and helped us find our home. After seeing that hustle, my agent offered to pay for me to get licensed if I joined her team. That was in 2001!

My sales career began long before I entered real estate. From corporate fitness and women’s health clubs to luxury hotel brands, I was fortunate to receive world-class training in negotiations, marketing, and sales qualification. Those experiences shaped the professional I am today and continue to influence the way I serve my clients.
