I usually had my two youngest kids with me and her and my 4 year old daughter got along very well. Jessica was very confident and knew the business. She was flexible and honest throughout the whole process. Being a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions. Jessica was able to walk me through what the steps are at every moment and every option I had during those steps. There are a lot of people involved in getting a loan and buying a house and getting the inspection and appraisal and so much more. Jessica dealt with all of it , she had every resource !!
