From the very first meeting, Jessica patiently and clearly explained the entire house purchasing process, and would then check in with me every so often to make sure that my needs or preferences hadn't changed. Whenever I wanted to book a visit of a house, Jessica was very accommodating to my schedule. After a couple of years of saving, when I finally found a house I was excited about, Jessica stepped up her game even more, and walked me through every part of the process of putting in an offer, conducting a due diligence period, and ultimately closing.
