ReviewJessica was amazing, her knowledge of the real estate in the area is impeccable. First time using a realtor to sell our property Jessica guided us every step of the way. Unsure of the market and she knew exactly how to price the property. She guided us in staging the home, walked us through the listing process, home showings and open house. Her expertise and knowledge went way beyond our expectations. She highlighted every detail of the home that we took pride in. Jessica took her time and answered all our questions as well as continued to offer her assistance even after the the property was under contract. It was a great experience working with Jessica and the property had a contracted within 5 days of listing!! THANK YOU Jessica!!!

Review We had the absolute pleasure of partnering with Jessica in our house hunt in the SW suburbs. Jessica was incredibly attentive to our specific needs and wants for our new home. We did not have a timetable for our move and Jessica was so resilient and persistent with her in-depth local market knowledge and pending potential homes over an extended time period. This was such a demonstration of her networking, organizational, integrity, patience and client focused skillset. We were so comfortable with her strong communication traits and personable style, along with a great sense of humor. We highly recommend Jessica for your real estate needs. She is the consummate professional. Thank you Jessica!

Also, her knowledge and relationships within our area were fabulous and made for a quick sale and easy close. Well done Jessica - wish we could take you with us to South Carolina.

Review Jessica helped us purchase our first home. She is knowledgeable about the local market and area in general. Jessica's experience shines through with her keen eye for identifying the pros and cons of individual properties, and continues all the way to closing with her knowledge of the entire process. She was always available for a text or a call. Most importantly she had a patient hand in guiding us to find a house we love. I would absolutely recommend Jessica to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Review Jessica did an outstanding job with the sale of our home this Spring, 2024. She had previously sold my parents house in 2023, which helped in our decision to select her. It was obvious from the get go that she understood the area well as far as pricing. We had a professional photographer come by and take interior photos, as well as day and evening exterior photos. A great video was included too. Jessica offered us great advice throughout the process. Contract for our house was signed four days after it was listed on the MLS. Couldn't hope for a better experience. Would recommend Jessica to anyone buying or selling their home.

Review Jessica was great from the beginning of the process to the end. My wife and I highly recommend her to anyone. She can in and told us the changes that were needed in order to get the best price for the house and she was "spot-on" on the listed price. Her marketing skills and materials were exceptional and she kept us updated continually on offers and next steps.

Review Jessica was so patient during our year and a half search! She was easily accessible in a market that required urgency and if she wasnt available she always had a trusted colleague who was ready to step in. She spotted and saved us from a deal that could have ended very badly and when we finally did find our home her enthusiasm matched (maybe even exceeded) ours! Jessica is professional, intelligent and well connected to the local market. I highly recommend her.

Review We met with a hand full of realtors when we first decided to list our home. We were hoping to find someone that intuitively valued our home as much as we did (as if it were their own) and in turn be our best resource/ investment throughout the process. Jessica was the only realtor who we felt (from the very first meet) we had a shared, deep interest and shared strategy. Selling our home was not an emotionally or physically easy process, but so much of that emotional & physical burden was taken off our shoulders by having Jessica there every step of the way. She felt like our partner / part owner of our house who would both continually advocate for us / our desires and also be our realist, when needed. There are so many aspects of a realtor/ client relationship that often underestimated/ undervalued until you find your partner who changed your standards for better ??

Review Jessica was an absolute pro. My family has never had such a great experience with a RE agent in selling a property. Her marketing skills are tremendous and target the right buyers, drive traffic and highlight key selling differentiators. Her advice on prepping for photos and showings give your home the edge and her network helps you get ready fast! You wont find a more dedicated, thoughtful, professional working for you. Review We just completed an exhausting search for a home all across the southwest suburbs with Jessica. It came a point in time when we were starting to feel guilty about taking up all of Jessicas time. She never once wavered and always had a big smile on her face at every showing. She was patient and had alot of good input when it came to each home. We were unsure of values on some of the areas and she would go back and do the research to help us conclude on her decision. Jessica was very quick to respond to our needs and seemed to drop everything when we called her. SHE HAS MANY CLIENTS BUT YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR HER ONLY CLIENT. I can't imagine using anyone else.

Review Jessica sold our condo and helped us purchase our home. I wouldn't call us easy customers by any means and Jessica navigated our challenges with ease. She works quickly and efficiently and makes her clients feel like a priority, she delivers the type of customer service that is hard to find these days. Real Estate is her one and only job/focus, not something she does "on the side." It's her passion and it shows. There may be a lot of realtors to choose from, but you won't be disappointed with Jessica.

Review I found Jessica on zillow based on her reviews and was highly satisfied in my choice to work with her as my agent. It was my first time purchasing a home, so I had A LOT of questions. She was knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying process, patient, and offered great advice when I needed a second opinion. I appreciated her honesty and genuine care for helping me find a home I would love. She pointed things out that I would have overlooked had she not done so. She was very responsive and always available. The overall process went smoother than expected and I found a home faster than I thought I would. She never took me to homes she didn't think I would like, but at the same time offered recommendations on ones that might fit what I was looking for. Jessica will definitely be my agent for any future real estate needs, and I've already recommended her to family and friends.

Review This is the 3rd property Jessica has sold for us and we purchased our current home through her. I cannot express enough how great her marketing skills are (hint - if she recommends painting the front door, selecting a certain wall paint color, or changing the kitchen cabinet door knobs, do it and you'll be surprised). She moved our properties from one-in-the-crowd to front of the herd; our last home had over 500 views on Zillow within the first 24 hours and they all had offers within days of us making the necessary "improvements/listing". She is also the consummate professional in every aspect. Top notch in her field!

Review We could not have been more pleased with the entire process. Jessica is amazing at what she does and her knowledge on the area is just what we needed. The drone photos and interior photos she had done were fantastic and I am sure sold our home. She sold our house in 3 days with multiple offers. She was in regular communication during the entire process and even more helpful when we moved out of state and our house was vacant prior to close. I could not give her enough praise for her outstanding work and knowledge of real estate. Thank you for helping making the process so easy.

We had moved out of state prior to selling our house so Jessica took the time and effort to ensure the house was in order. Time after time Jessica went above and beyond to make sure of this. She kept us informed on a regular basis from the day we signed, through closing day of our home. Her enthusiasm, professionalism and work ethic is second to none. Review Best. Real Estate Professional. Ever.We came to Jessica as a referral from our BW agent assisting us on the sell side. To say she was good would be an understatement. From the onset, she was friendly and receptive, even when it became clear that we were a bit all over the place in terms of what we were looking for in our "forever home". Jessica was always available day or night to schedule and visit home viewings and with any other questions we had. When crunch time came and we found the house we loved, she really showed her strength as a negotiation and navigator in reaching final sales terms...and even when the ball was out of her court and with the lawyers and financing for closing, she remained very much available as a liaison in helping smooth out the corners and keep us calm! Thanks for everything Jessica!

Review Jessica was great to work with! My family made a big move across the country to an area that I wasn't familiar with. Jessica took the time to show me around the city we were looking at and even connected me with people in my new city to make my transition smooth. Jessica was very organized and took me to see a ton of houses in my very short window that I was in town to buy a house. She was very easy to get a hold of and always quick to get back to me and answer any concerns or questions I had. I highly recommend Jessica and would definitely use her again if I needed to.

Review We sold our home with Jessica in June of 2016. What I liked most about Jessica was her level of energy, ambition, and willingness to debate and listen. The pricing of our home was the most challenging aspect and with a lot of research and challenging of each other's opinions, we arrived on common ground. We worked very well together as a team. Definitely would hire her again.

Review We want to thank Jessica, she did an awesome job helping us sell our home! We had to deal with forclosures and short sale comps in our area, and Jessica did all that she could to help us prepare our home to have the best showings possible. Every question or concern we had was addressed immediately. I remember contacting her on a weekend and asking her to get back to me on Monday, she called right back! We had a very positive experience with Jessica and Baird and Warner, we would highly recommend her to anyone needing real estate services.
