We had this planned for several years, but our timing to purchase coincided with a housing price increase and supply shortage (and a pandemic). We started our search on Zillow, where I left my info for Megan to contact me. I didnt think too much of it as I will reaching out to many agents. Megan called us and set up showings for the following weekend. In the beginning of our journey we were exploring agents, and after meeting with others, we really wanted to work with Megan because she is different from the typical agent in the best ways possible. She hustles and digs in to all the properties to make sure we know what we are really looking at. She is incredibly hardworking, she is super efficient, and she never made us feel like we were taking up too much of her time. She also never ever pushed us to get a sale, like many agents do. We learned so much about the Tahoe realty market with Megan and we ended up really get the best place possible for the best price. We are so thankful for Megan and 100% plan to use her again.
