Jessica was very knowledgeable about the local housing market and guided me along the way. Jessica was very responsive and timely in responding to all my texts, emails, messages, and showings requests. Jessica explained in detail her fiduciary duties to me as a buyers agent. She was the ultimate professional and treated me with respect and dignity. Jessica would offer suggestions as needed but never pressured me or persuaded me outside my comfort zone. Jessica was always on time for our appointments and was willing to spend as much time as necessary with me. Jessica never rushed me during a showing and I never felt she wanted to be somewhere else. Jessica would give me her professional and technical opinion but left all final decisions up to me. Jessica made me feel that she cared about my needs being met and I never got the impression that I was just another client looking to buy a house. I would recommend Jessica to sellers and buyers; she will not disappoint you. I plan to refer all my family and friends to Jessica when they are buying or selling. You cant do any better than Jessica Herrmann but you can certainly do a whole lot worse. Jessica doesnt take short cuts. I feel like I have met a friend for life and would feel comfortable calling her about my real estate needs in the future.
