Due to job security concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we needed to sell our home very quickly in order to feel comfortable closing on our new build as we did not want to have 2 mortgages for an extended period.Even with social distancing and a slowing housing market, Jessica was able to get our home under contract in 6 days! The buyer was hesitant to make an offer, but Jessica worked tirelessly with us and the buying agent to reach a deal that made sense for both sides.The home closed without issue. Jessica was very easy to work with, communicated well with us throughout the process and listened to our concerns/needs to best align with our interests. I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We found her information next to a listing on zillow that we were interested in and thought why not give it a try.
