I cant recommend Jessica and her staff enough!!! Jessica helped us buy our place in 2015 while were assigned overseas and unable to view the construction or talk directly w/ the builder's representatives. Since that was only our second home purchase, and first time working with a builder, Jessicas insight and advice was invaluable. Little pieces of advice like deferring the home inspection until right before the one-year warranty expired saved us money and aggravation. She was also instrumental in overcoming some bureaucratic delays in getting closed. Jessica is literally on call all day, everyday, and it wasnt surprising for her to send out middle of the night emails and texts. Were now selling our house and naturally decided to enlist Jessicas services again. We have not been disappointed....although we're still overseas, Jessica and her staffs attention to detail made the process seamless ensured we received top dollar for our property.
