We had lots of questions about everything. She was always there to answer them days, nights, weekends and holidays. She never acted like ours questions were foolish. We asked a lot of questions!!! She explained each step in detail so we could understand it. She helped us find a HVAC person, home inspector, termite inspector, and everyone else we needed since we were paying cash for our new home (recently retired and from out of town) and isnt prearranged like financed purchases. Jessica gave us pointers on what would help us to protect our investment. My wife and I had specific things we wanted in our new home. Jessica helped us to acquire everything we wanted and more. We are thrilled with our new home and land we purchased. Jessica still helps us after the sell with being new to the area. Jessica is a God send and we are so glad she was our realtor.

Jessica called our lender to advocate and try to gain a better understanding what the barriers are because we didn't receive an understandable reason. Jessica was very easy to communicate with, she responded quickly when we had questions. Jessica was very knowledgable, professional and an absolute wonderful person to work with. With all the turmoil we were going through with our lender, she was a great support.
