Jessica always would pick up her phone, and if not she would call us as soon as she was able. When looking at houses, even out of our price range, she never said ?you can?t do that?, age always said ?let?s figure out how?. Jessica was able To find a few properties for us to look at that were exactly what we wanted and in the range we wanted. She answered every call and text promptly and walked us through the process with ease. Honestly everything went so much smoother than I was expecting. We closed in less then two months. Even 6 months after I closed she was able to help me with my septic inspection and emailed it to me minutes after texting her! She?s awesome and I?d for sure use her again!

Review Jessica was the most professional and enthusiastic real estate agent Ive ever worked with! She was responsive, knew the local market, and had good advice at each stage of negotiation. As my property was a rental, and with the new laws in Oregon, she expertly negotiated with the tenant to allow for the buyer to move in earlier than would have been allowed. She also worked with my property management company and made sure all things were taken care of during property showings and the tenant move-out process. She made the entire process of selling the property look EASY. I will definitely contact Jessica again when I need real estate services. She is really great to work with!

Review I initially contacted Jessica because of the great reviews on here. I showed her the homes I was interested in and what my budget was, and she agreed to find more information on the homes and visit the properties by the end of the day. After two days of not hearing from her, having sent one polite email asking for an update, she responded and told me that she had not been able to visit the properties. She did not have any other information, and did not seem at all interested in helping me. My budget for a down payment was quite sizeable, so there would be no reason for a realtor to be unhelpful based on expected pay. That is the only reason I can think of, other than being generally uninterested in their job and uncooperative, for any realtor to be so negligent and unhelpful. I was interested in working with a young, first-time-buyer oriented realtor, but I see now why stuffy older realtors have so much business.

Review Guides to choosing your agent tell you that the right agent is as important as the right home. As a first time home buyer, I had no clue what an agent would really do for me other than show houses, draft documents for signing and be the liaison between other professionals during the process. That's a quick wrap up of it, but what the guides are really talking about is trust, comfort-level, support and a bond. I remember talking to several agents following my first inquiry on a house. I spoke with Peppy, Seasoned, and Skilled & Confident, but felt that I was more of an income than a person, but when I talked with Jessica, I was comfortable. She is young in the field comparatively, but highly knowledgeable and a true professional. What ever question I had, she either had or found the answer for me and was available practically anytime via text, phone or email. She had quality contacts for the many associated professionals needed throughout the home buying process and I couldn't have found a better agent/lender team. I would recommend Jessica based on her integrity, ability, resourcefulness and personable nature just for starters. Jessica loves what she does. I think that is why she is so good at it.
