ZillowVERIFIED My experience with my first real estate agent provided to be a waste of 6 months while keeping up a mortgage in pensacola and paying rent in jacksonville. We met a real estate agent in jacksonville named Kevin Craig. This guy is relentless on helping you find what you may need. One of the nicest guy you'll ever want too meet. After discussing our problem with our first agents, Kevin stepped in and said let me make a call. This is when He put us in touch with Jessica Duncan. On our first phone conversation, Jessica outlined what she was going to do to sell our house in pensacola. To say the least I was very impressed with her knowledge and her attitude about selling our house. She did everything for us. Her use of using 1 percent to go too advertising was exceptional. So to make a long story short. 6 months with one agenand not one hit. Two months with Jessica Duncan and our home was sold. I can't thank her enough. So THANK-YOU JESSICA DUNCAN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE I KNOW WHO WOULD LIKE THEIR HOME SOLD.

ZillowVERIFIED I moved to the area in January 2016. I met Jessica a several months later. I have bought and sold many homes in the past using Relators but Jessica is something extra. She is very professional, smart, high energy, knowledgeable about the area, extremely patient and good negotiator. I never felt rushed to make a decision and she was always available when I called. Before I bought my house we decided to use her to sell my parents house they had lived in for 50 years. The house sold quickly at the price Jessica said it would sell for. I closed on my new home in February 2017. I am so happy with my purchase. She has really helped me to acclimate to the area. I am very thankful that I met Jessica and would recommend her to anyone.

The first meeting we had with Jessica, she eased our anxiety by walking us through the process, sharing her expertise of how much to list the house for, and we knew we could trust her to get the job done. Our house was contracted within four days of listing it! We closed within one month. After it was done, we felt we needed to send her a thank you card or gift ... but instead we were the ones who received a nice gift from Jessica thanking us for our allowing her to sell our house.
