Hands down couldnt have asked for a better realtor!! Jessica was patient with me as a first time homebuyer who had many questions. I had concerns about a particular matter regarding a house I was interested in. Jess took no time to go over to the house and address the concern (climb into the attic). She went above and beyond to meet my needs and make the process as simple and stress-free as possible. I would ultimately move into that same house a few weeks later and couldnt be happier!! Jessica was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process of selling my condo. She set me up with a great stager to help my home make a beautiful impression for photos and buyers. She set up open houses and made sure to let other realtors and potential buyers know about all of the amenities at the condo and if there was a price change. She made sure closing was easy. She answered all my questions regarding the complicated nature of the sale because it was an inheritance.
