Jessica DuLaney is a residential real estate agent in the Baltimore/Annapolis area. Jessica has been selling residential real estate since 2016. After working under Re/Max Sails with The Chris Cooke Team for 2.5 years, Jessica decided to join The W Home Group of Next Step Realty in January 2019. The W Home Group has consistently ranked in the top 5 real estate teams in Maryland each month. Jessica has consistently increased her sales volume each year given her the experience needed to successfully guide you through a successful transaction. In 2020, her sales volume stands at $18M+ closed and counting. In December 2019, Jessica was featured in 30 Under 30 Real Estate Professionals in Baltimore Real Producers magazine. In March 2019, Jessica was featured in Baltimore Real Producers magazine for Rising Star. In the same month, she was awarded Rising Star of the Year for 2018 at Baltimore Real Producers annual gala.
