ZillowVERIFIED Our house had been on the market for six months with another real estate company when we asked Jessica if she would be our new listing agent. The reason we chose Jessica is because when she had shown our house (prior to her having the listing) she always gave the best feedback, letting our agent know what the potential buyer liked and didnt like, and telling our agent what things she did to show our house in the best light. We were very impressed by that fact, and by the many listings Green Acres had around Clinton (and how quickley they seemed to sell.) Jessica was super responsive to us. She also did a little staging of the house. She really went above and beyond in all aspects of the process. We would definitely ask her to be our agent again when we sell our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica helped us sell our house immediately after we put it on the market. We contacted her and she did a walk through and helped us get the house ready for sale. She put a For Sale sign in the front yard with a sign on top in bold red letters saying Coming Soon. She contacted us and said people were wanting to see the house almost immediately. We finally put it up several weeks later and it sold with the second set of buyers looking at it. She said she had a bid and to be Fair she would show it to the others on the list of potential buyers who wanted to look at it. I like that, that showed character and honesty. Note: the buyers agreed to the asking price so it had nothing to do with getting more for the house and she did let them know there was an offer on the table. While we were out of state, she worked hard to sell the house for us and kept us informed all along the way. We appreciated.that. To Whom ever reads this review, We highly recommend Jessica to sell or buy a home for you. She is devoted to her job, she showed good character and honesty in every dealing we had. She went above and beyond our expectations. She went out of her way to restart a Nest thermostat to for us as we were out of state to make sure the house had heat for us. She is the Realtor for you.
