She responded right away (within 30 minutes of me sending our information) and she was able to meet us at our house, send someone to take pictures, and put our home on the market within the next week. She always answered her text messages quickly and always answered her phone if we called even if it was a little bit later in the evening. Any questions we had about anything she always had an answer for and even set up contractors to come to repair the required appraisal repairs that had to be done. We were out of town after the home went on the market and I got a notification from our Ring security system that our power had been out for a few hours and my wife?s breast milk was in the freezer and we did not know who else to call. We called Jessica around five at night on a Friday, when we realized it, and she drove to our house to make sure our power had come back on and the milk was still frozen. She is an amazing realtor and person who helped us so much throughout our moving process.
