ZillowVERIFIED On top of having other great reviews, we chose Jessica because she has the most beautiful listing photos. Jessica worked so hard to make sure our home's sale was easy on us. She listened to every preference and showed us the utmost respect as sellers. She didn't make us feel any kind of obligation to entertain house showings during inconvenient times, and she has a great eye for real estate photos so ours came out better than I expected. One of the offers we received came in lower than list price and when we didn't want to entertain it, she allowed us to do that and respected our decision without pressuring us to accept. Jesse knows real estate and knows what buyers and sellers are entitled to. Multiple delays on the buyer side, led to various choices for us to make as sellers and Jesse guided us each time. ZillowVERIFIED Initially, she was very easy to communicate with, and kind. Slightly late to our showing, and did not know anything about the property listed. She did clarify that she was just showing the property because she was nearby. The reason we would not recommend the agent was due to the follow up messages. After texting a few questions, she sent us a message saying "if your intention was to merely waste my time to open a door and give you information - please let me know and give me a 5 star review on zillow. each call i take costs me 2k regardless of the outcome." This text came across very pushy and rude - and asking for a 5 star review based off of a 20 minute interaction we had, that too where none of our questions were answered, was not well received. We proceeded the process with a different agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I had been entertaining the thought of buying a house in Las Vegas for several years now, working with several other agents over the years. It just never really seemed to work out. Enter Jessica. She was truly an expert on every level; she had immediate answers to all my questions, was beyond responsive, and managed to arrange appointments at the drop of a hat, allowing me to narrow my search down to one particular area within ONE DAY of her viewing homes on my behalf (I was were conducting the search remotely). Not seeing the house before buying added another level of complexity but it was clear to me that Jessica had impeccable taste and the fact that she quickly understood what I liked and didnt like allowed me to have full faith in her assessment of the properties. When it came down to choosing a particular house, she also advised on which would be a better decision financially given the long term outlook of the market, helped me weigh pros and cons of each property, doing all this while looking out of my best interest. Even when I found another house that I liked on the day escrow was due to close, Jessica found the time to visit that other house, share videos and discuss her findings with no pressure whatsoever. Throughout this whole process, Jessicas priority was to make sure I would happy with the purchase, it was never about closing a deal quickly or selling me a more expensive house. I really cant thank her enough for everything she did to make this happen, she was an absolute pleasure to work with! If youre looking for ally in this complicated and potentially stressful process, look no further :)

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica Cordero Is not only the best real estate agent in Vegas, but also the flyest lol. All jokes aside I had a bad agent before Jessica and I was moving from out of state. That other agent laughed and told me it was going to be impossible to find a property and get under contract in the week I was coming to look at houses. Her exact words to me were aEURoegood luck.aEUR? I knew I needed a new agent I contacted Zillow about a property and they set me up with Jessica I explained my situation to her and right away she said dont worry we will find you something. I knew right there she was going to be good, but honestly she Exceeded my expectations. Not only did keep in constant contact with me throughout the process, but she kept her word buy finding me a great property in the area I wanted to be in. I wouldnt recommend anyone else in Vegas she and her team is the best. Oh not to mention they got me a way better rate and more buying money then the original mortgage company I had a pre approval with.
