We then analyze and consult as a team to build a unique plan to achieve their particular goals. The purchase or sale of a home should be an exciting, stress free process. It takes a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the deal gets to the closing table seamlessly. I have invested significant time over the course of my career in building solid partnerships with other professionals in the real estate field and beyond. It is hard to earn a spot on my referral list and easy to get kicked off of. I see myself as the "general contractor" throughout the transaction. I stay in constant communication with everyone involved in the process. There are many moving parts to ensure the sale stays on track. Buying or selling a home truly is a fulltime job, I tell all my clients to make it my fulltime job instead of taking on a new fulltime job themselves!
