    About Jessica Clark

    Buying or selling a home is not only a financial investment but also an extremely emotional process. It is of utmost importance to partner with someone you trust and is as invested in your real estate goals as you are. I pride myself on focusing on the client's best interest and never on the sale. The first step I take when entering into a new real estate partnership with clients is to listen to their real estate wants, needs, and goals. We then analyze and consult as a team to build a unique plan to achieve their particular goals. The purchase or sale of a home should be an exciting, stress free process. It takes a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the deal gets to the closing table seamlessly. I have invested significant time over the course of my career in building solid partnerships with other professionals in the real estate field and beyond. It is hard to earn a spot on my referral list and easy to get kicked off of. I see myself as the "general contractor" throughout the transaction. I stay in constant communication with everyone involved in the process. There are many moving parts to ensure the sale stays on track. Buying or selling a home truly is a fulltime job, I tell all my clients to make it my fulltime job instead of taking on a new fulltime job themselves!

    Jess made our first-time home buying experience a seamless process in the midst of a very stressful real estate market.     Jessica went above and beyond helping us sell our house, and finding us our forever home. It was our 1st time selling a house. She was very knowledgeable on what we needed to do, and helped us understand everything. She made selling our house stress free.     As first time home buyers Jess was everything me and my wife expected and wanted from our realtor.
