ZillowVERIFIED We moved from Germany to Pueblo. Jessica was a life saver. Since we couldnt be there to check homes on our own, Jessica did an amazing job meeting all our needs while searching for what fit our family best. She was always available even with an eight hour time difference. What makes Jessica stand out form other real estate agents is the fact that she truly cares about her clients. You feel that in every step of the way. I highly recommend Jessica Chariton!

ZillowVERIFIED Jess is hard-working, smart and honest. We ran her ragged as we looked at probably 30 different houses. Not only was Jess professional and upbeat the entire time, she learned exactly what we were looking for and recommended that we look at a house that she knew of. It was perfect and we were in love from the start. We are lucky enough to own that house now and Jess made it all possible. She also helped us stage and prep our house to sell and got us 6 bids over asking price. Jess knows the market, she knows the area and she is tireless in her efforts to find the right match for you. Whether you are selling or buying I recommend Jess to help you.

ZillowVERIFIED Jess always goes above and beyond! She has amazing communication skills and kept us informed and proactive at every step in our purchase. Always responsive. Even more so, she knew exactly how to evaluate properties and then formulate responses to inspections/appraisals etc once we moved forward. She is an absolute gem and would recommend her to any buyer or seller.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica was hands down the biggest blessing when it came to the sale of our home! She made the entire process smooth and easy. On top of that she really knows what she is doing and she constantly gave 110%. Best real estate agent in Colorado.

ZillowVERIFIED Jess was so helpful and attentive. She helped me find the perfect house for me, even though it took 6 months. No matter my doubts and worries, she was always there to help guide me. When I was feeling down, she was upbeat. I am so indebted to Jess and could not have made it through the process without her.

ZillowVERIFIED She was fantastic at understanding what we were looking for and helping us find the right place. She know Pueblo really well, she made things happen to fit our schedule to see houses, and when it was time for contracts she knows her stuff and during negotiation I knew she was working for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica helped my wife and I purchase our very first home. We'd been looking into the idea as well as visiting available properties for over a year with various realtors before Jessica came along. The realtors prior, even combined, could not compare to the amount of effort Mrs. Chariton put in to helping us. She made the entire process as smooth and enjoyable as possible (turns out buying a home can be a pretty stressful feeling). She listened to each of our concerns and made sure to tailor all searches and showings to our specific wants and needs. She spent large chunks of time with us going to multiple showings in a row instead of constantly having to schedule individual house viewings which helped greatly in understanding what we were looking for. Being first time home buyers, the way the process works is extremely intimidating but Jessica made sure to explain every single step of the way and comfort all concerns. In addition to all that, I know my wife and I were being extraordinarily picky between the two of us, but Jessica never hesitated to move onto another viewing for us. After some more searching and thanks to Jessica's diligence in alerting us to new listings, we were able to finally settle on a wonderful place to call home. Thanks for all your help Jessica!

ZillowVERIFIED She really stays on top of the information that is important and relevant. Very pleasant and not to pushy. I like her touch with people that are important in all the area that have to be addressed.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica KNOWS Pueblo and the market. She is a bulldog about getting things done in a timely manner: no delays when she is asked to get something done. She is also wonderfully pleasant to work with on all levels.
