I am not really sure which part of the stress filled adventure they were referring to, but, they must have used Jess then. Not only did she show us dozens of homes, but stood by us when the first one we loved fell through and had even more excitement then we did on the second one. Not only did she get us to the point of an accepted offer and all that goes along with it but then really made sure all aspects (from us and the seller) were getting taken care of from that point forward. I can honestly say, I don't think we ever waited more then five minutes for Jess to get back to us, whether it was the answer we wanted or not, she always responded. There was multiple times when we couldn't make an inspection, or appointment and Jess was the first one there regardless of day or time (and she was there even when we could make it)! ZillowVERIFIEDBuying a home is a long, difficult process. By far the easiest choice we made was having Jess as our Realtor. From the day we met, through the entire process, Jess was never more than a phone call or text away. We looked at dozens of houses and her enthusiasm for our search was contagious. Jess took us on house tours on weekends, on evenings, whenever it was convenient for us. Once we found a home we liked, our experience only got better. Jess's knowledge of homes in all types of areas, in our case waterfront, was unmatchable. Jess is honest and forthcoming in every way you need a realtor to be. Jess provided us with all of the inspectors we needed, home, septic, chimney, well, mold, you name it, she had the right person for the job. When we couldn't make it to an inspection, Jess jumped right in and showed up on our behalf. Jess basically held our hands through the entire attorney review and the under contract phase and was outstanding in moving the entire process along. The long process of buying a house really weighs on a person, patience is key, but when you aren't blessed with patience, well just be thankful you hired Jess.
