We were so fortunate that Zillow referred us to Jessica. She expertly handled all negotiations and discussions with the seller and the sellers agent, kept us informed throughout the process, and went to the location several times for inspections and other matters before the deal was completed. This was especially helpful since we live a few hours away and not always able to take time off from work. We were able to get the property at the listing price during a sellers market while many other buyers were paying many thousands of dollars beyond the listing price for similar properties in the area.
