I was contacted by Jessica via the internet, our situation was we live full time in NJ and wanted to purchase a home in Fl. right in the middle of a pandemic!! We agreed on a date that my wife and i would travel down to Fl. in the interim, Jessica sent us multiple locations and set up in person visits. We spent the weekend in Venice and Jessica dedicated her entire weekend with us. We agreed to build, Jessica helped us negotiate with the builder, stayed with us through the whole process and was present at our closing.
