Heres why: I searched the internet for realtors who had good reviews and who creatively marketed their listings to maximize sales price. I reached out to Bre and, from the moment we first spoke, she was very enthusiastic and communicative about the whole process. Bre put together in-depth market research to arrive at a listing price that was actually a bit above what I hoped to list for. Her creative marketing included aEURoecoming soonaEUR? videos on social media, having her realtor team members also advertise the listing, as well as an open house. She also hired a professional photographer who took great photos that really showcased my home well! I received multiple offers on my home, ALL of which were above the list price. I attribute this to Bres stellar marketing (both online and with her incredibly friendly presence during the open house). I had a tight timeline for getting the house on the market, and Bre was up to the challenge! The listing was drawn up, photos were taken, and everything was on the MLS within just a few days of our first meeting. Closing ultimately occurred one month and one day after the contract was signed. And the closing sales price was $15,000 (FIFTEEN thousand!!) over list price. I could not be more pleased with the service Bre provided and would definitely have her sell a home for me in the future! On a more personal note, Bre will connect with you on a personal level, beyond the detached seller/agent relationship that usually takes place.
