Jessica was very helpful in answering all questions, she is enjoyable to spend time with. She let us form our own opinions on the properties we looked at while adding in helpful tips and information that could come up with certain types of homes to help inform our decision making. She was very responsive to our questions over text and called us to explain things more thoroughly. When we decided on our house she made the contracting process easy and recommended contractors, and an inspector, we could bring out to get quotes for work we would need to use in our negotiation. We trusted her recommendations and we liked all of the contractors she suggested. We also used her recommendations for our mortgage lender and settlement company and I couldn't recommend Jessica more!!
