The same weekend (after some interior presentation work and photo/video shoot) we hosted more than a dozen showings. We had almost the same number of offers in the same weekend. After the weekend we accepted the best offer. Slam dunk!! By June 17th I had cleared all the contents, fixed up the grass and plant garden, and did some power washing. Jessica was there for me every day., and I was homeless but pocketed a nice profit on the home sale. I called Jessica again lol. We looked at a couple homes in person and more virtually. By July 11th, we were ready to make an offer on my new home. I wanted something bigger and nearer to my job and Jessica found the perfect spot in a cul-de-sac where my neighbors are all retired haha (security and quiet achieved). The inspection connect did a very thorough report and the appraisal was, let just say, beneficial to me without even painting a wall! By August 19th I was ready to pack up my belongings from a temp apartment I was in and move in to my 2nd home. Jessica? Yes, still there for me. Every step of the way. And I got some nice gifts too! Her personal and business swag is unmatched. In about 7 years Ill be ready to sell this home and IM CALLING JESSICA AGAIN! And you know this! Thank you Jessica, you are very much appreciated and I'm forever grateful for your time and services.
