ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend this person enough. He has been extremely patient and helpful. I do not know the San Diego area very well, I told him what I had wanted to do and he gave me solid recommendations. Stellar agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Jesse just helped my wife and I close on a wonderful property in Encinitas in 21 days with a traditional mortgage. Jesse was able to negotiate to a sale well below list price in the competitive Encinitas market and his team was professional and quick with everything that needed to be done. We made our offer stronger by shortening up escrow which really pushed the team to get things done asap. With the rush, their ability to make everything happen smoothly was very clear. Before this property, we put in offers on three other properties and went to a probate auction with Jesse. He never pressured us to go above our offer limits and was always happy to go check out another place. Great guy and professional agent. I Highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED She was very helpful and honest in everything she did for me. I had chose to move back into my home the same day as we had an offer. She was very easy to work with even after I removed the sell from her. I will definitely be using the services of Lenora in the future and anyone that is considering anything regarding real estate, Give her a call, You won't regret it!Rod

ZillowVERIFIED Everyone at ZTeam took care of us like family. Jesse and Susan found us the house of our dreams without subjecting us to endless emails with lists of homes that weren't "us". Gee was quick to communicate through escrow and we closed without any outstanding issues. We even moved in to find a "Welcome Home" package of snacks and cleaning products that were a life saver!!I've bought several homes and working with everyone at ZTeam made this purchase the smoothest process by far. Highly recommended!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I first met Jesse when my dad passed away and I needed to find a Realtor to help me sell my childhood home. It was very emotional and he was wonderful to my two sisters and me. He was there when I talked with Estate Sales Companies and with contractors. If I needed help with anything he would search for the answers. Since my dad had a very unique property we struggled finding comparables, but came up with what we felt was a fair price. It didn't help that I lived in a different state so much of our correspondence was email. I also had the pleasure of working with his partner, Susan. I hope that I have the opportunity of meeting Jesse and Susan again. They became more than just Realtors too me. Keri Warner

ZillowVERIFIED While looking for a condo in San Diego, I was referred to Mark by a friend. I was immediately delighted with his warm and friendly energy. Mark demonstrated an excellent working knowledge of the areas and buildings that he showed me, and of the ones that he thankfully steered me away from. I would highly recommend working with Mark, as he is honest, professional and knowledgeable regarding the entire home buying process. Thank you Mark!

ZillowVERIFIED He know San Diego, always there at any time of day or night and just wants to make sure his clients are in the know and happy with the process. He greeted us at the airport on a Sunday and worked with us the whole time we were there. He even tooks us back to the airport and once home did not forget about us. kept us up to date and also made sure the process continued along. He is very knowledgeable about the areas in san diego we were interested in and even pointed out several things that helped us in our thinking abut where to buy.

ZillowVERIFIED Jesse was a great local agent with many realtor contacts that helped sell our house in under 2 weeks time! We were very satisfied with his marketing of our property and his follow through once the property was sold. Him and his team were able to get our full asking price after multiple bids came in. I would recommend Jesse to anyone looking to sell or purchase a new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Review spans 1996-2014:I first used Susan Zagorsky in 1996 when I was newly divorced. I needed help to assess a house I was interested in purchasing. I had heard about her through another friend who trusted her. She walked the property with me and offered me suggestions on what to expect. She also completed the sale transaction for me when I decided to purchase it. We ran into problems with the lender at the last minute and she helped me settle the problems so I could move in.Since 2011, she and her team have been advising me on real-estate challenges I've faced. She is very astute and strategic. She considers the whole issue, asks good questions, and can suggest approaches, plans of action, and scenarios that are very helpful when you are going through a sale or struggling with making payments. Thanks to Susan's willingness to explain the process (I was unable to pay for awhile) I have maintained a collaborative relationship with my mortgage company. It is 2014 now.in 2012, I recommended her company to some young colleagues in West Virginia who were seeking deeper insights into ways to leverage their house for a business loan. Susan and her team are very generous and helpful with their time and recommendations. The loan was secured and their business is thriving two years later.Susan and Z-Team are not a lot of frills. They are hard workers and they know their industry. Their style is to share their knowledge and expertise with customers who wants to be empowered and become more knowledgeable as you work with them. I have found Susan and Z-Team to be very honest and down to earth, and their commissions are lower than most agents.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan Zagorsky has expertly helped me with several sales, incluing my whitewater view dream beach house in Cardiff by the Sea, CA, country 'ranch style' home in Fallbrook, CA and two-plus-acre avocado ranch, also in Fallbrook. Susan worked well with all sorts of prospective buyers, and really did a great job in identifying those who would be most interested in my homes. The result was all parties were very pleased with each transaction -- not always the case between buyers and sellers. You can tell Susan is an athlete by all the running around she does for her clients. I have been involved in residential real estate for the past 30 years, and I have found Susan Zagorsky to be among the top 1% in her field. I highly recommend Susan, without hesitation.Mark PutnamOceanside, CA(Susan sold 353 Dublin Dr., Cardiff by the Sea, CA 92007, 3107 Old Post Road, Fallbrook, CA 92028 and 2720 Via del Robles, Fallbrook, CA 92028 in 2009, 2010 and 2012. I have since referred several buyers and sellers to Susan Zagorsky.)
