Jesse Ulitalo

Jesse Ulitalo is a local Realtor and Real Estate Broker operating in Sonoma County and it's surrounding areas since 2004. He began his career performing property valuations for major banks including Chase and Wells Fargo, before earning a B.A. in Accounting from Sonoma State University in 2007. Upon earning his broker license in 2010, Jesse founded Terra Firma Real Estate with the goal of helping clients establish long-term patterns of equity generation. In 2014 Jesse founded an investment firm of which he remains the managing partner. Inspired by his passion for the real estate business and love for his native Santa Rosa, Terra Firma Investments, LLC generates profits for investors as well as enables Jesse to contribute to the local real estate landscape by rehabilitating outdated or poorly maintained properties, transforming them into appealing homes which are both desirable and complement the surrounding beauty of the area. An accomplished photographer, Jesse enjoys astrophotography, landscape photography and the chance to use his hobby to showcase homes in their best possible light.
