Review Jesse is very knowledgeable, responsive, and just all around a great guy. If there is something he doesn't have an answer to, he goes out of his way to figure out what is needed asap. My first purchase through him was a piece of land that I closed on a couple of years ago and he still reaches out to me to see if there is anything he can do to help me in my process to use the land. The second purchase through him, I was out of town for the purchase so Jesse went and did all of the walk through inspections via skype and phone calls to ensure we kept the process rolling. I highly recommend this man for anyone looking to purchase a new piece of land, home, duplex, or anything for that matter. He is the best!

We are from out of state and looking for our dream home to retire in Alaska. Not knowing the area, we started with simple internet searches which produced great homes. Review Jesse went over and above to resolve any and all problems that arose in a timely fashion! He was open and honest and forthcoming with every step along the way. I would, without reservation, recommend him highly to anyone and I would use him again if the need arose. My property had been a rental for a couple of years, as I moved out of state. Jesse made sure all repairs and inspections were done quickly and correctly. Being in the lower 48, I could not attend to any of these issues myself, ie- septic repairs and clearing some debris left by former tenant. He also made the document signing a breeze, being out of state, that was a major concern and relief to me. He knew when and how much to list my property for and it sold in a little over 2 weeks. I am extremely satisfied.

The pictures were so fantastic and our house sold in three days. Jesse is always professional and gets down to a personal level with his clients so that he knows what they want then he goes after what they want. He is very quick to reply to text, email or answer his phone better than any realtor we have ever worked with! I don't think we would have been able to get our house listed and sold like we were able to without Jesse help.

Review After working with another realtor for several months we severed our relationship with her and contacted Jesse to help us find some acreage for a future home. Within a week he located exactly what we were looking for. I can't explain how thrilled we were to find the property so quickly after months of looking.
