It was a beautiful house on 10 acres, but was difficult to get to. Jesse got people there every weekend till he found the perfect match and we sold. Now 3 years later we needed to sell a rental property and Jesse was the only person we wanted selling our property. His is VERY professional, honest, smart, diplomatic and a very nice person. He knows how to get traffic thru the house. We listed and in 4 days we had 45 showings, 10 offers and the sale. What more can you ask for. ZillowVERIFIED Jesse Salas was referred to me by Harcourts Auctions. After Jesse raved about how amazing he was with relistings I decided to give him a chance. The first sign was I asked if he could pay the $250.00 auction fee. Not because I didn?t want to pay, but it just seemed like a unneeded charge. He refused to. Which didn?t sit well with me. He said because the last time he did that the seller canceled their listing with him. And so he was out the $250.00 (He has the potential of making $50K-$100K in commission with my house and he is concerned about a $250.00 investment to not come back to him) Umm ok. Once the listing went live Jesse kept showing up in a older suv that kept leaking oil all over my driveway pavers. We had an offer come through with our previous agent. He didn?t want me to even respond to the offer in fear that he would lose out on his commission because the commission would go to the previous agent. He agreed with me that it was a low ball offer. ($200K under current comp value to be exact) But then once he said he had another buyer, that offer was only $20K more then the previous offer, he then was encouraging me to accept it. We kept our house available for him everyday. The last 4 showings, 3 of them cancelled. Ok if that was the buyers fault then ok. But 1 of them shows up at our doorsteps and wants to see the house. Our house is 5,300 sq ft. It is not easy to just get it ready for showings. It takes 4-6 hours to clean it. Plus we are a family of 5 so it takes a lot for us all to just leave the house. These buyers came from Orange County. Our house is in San Diego County. So of course these buyers wanted to see our house since they drove so far. Jesse said they cancelled but the buyers showed us their phone texts with Jesse and they never cancelled. Jesse lied. Then Jesse forced us to show the property even though it is not ready. He even had me do the tour instead of him coming to the house. Very unprofessional. The buyers were very mad that Jesse did not show up. The last straw was when Jesse yelled at me over the phone today and said that he has to be on egg shells when he talks to me and that our house is very hard to sell and we lost many buyers because I told him I could not show the property 1 day, yes only 1 day since it has been listed. And because of that we lost all of these buyers. The bottom line is that Jesse does not care about his clients time, he is very cheap, and he is a big liar. I caught him is so many lies I lost count. I would not recommend Jesse Salas. Also the Harcourts Auction is just a little game they play. They rarely go to auction. It is just a way for them to have the seller list their property for 70% under current market value. Then you get all of these people come into your house that cannot even afford to pay market value or that think they are going to steal your property by only paying 70% of market value. Just list it normal. It also makes your property look bad. Like everyone kept asking what is wrong with the property. You do not need to be doing an auction. Especially in this booming market. He of course will not agree with any of this to keep up his good image and blame everything on me. But I didn?t write a negative review on the last 2 agents that listed our property. I actually have never written a negative review on any agent with any of my properties. And I am a international real estate investor that has dealt with a ton of agents throughout the last 20 years.

ZillowVERIFIED We hired Jesse to be our listing agent after having our house on the market for almost a year with another realtor. He contacted us by way of a cold call after he had seen that our listing was taken off the MLS. He was one of dozens of realtors who called us and were quickly dismissed, but because of his overall tone he resonated and we heard him out. He was knowledgeable, professional, convincing (but not aggressively so), and respectful. He said his major area of expertise was re-listing and selling homes that had been on the market for a long time. We decided to give him a try. We strongly felt that we had an excellent property (of high value) for the right buyers, but we needed an experienced and creative agent who would bring in those buyers. Needless to say, Jesse did just that. He did what he said he could do, and he did it relatively quickly. After that, it was the process, and Jesse followed it carefully and kept us up-to-date through out. If we had one (the only one) suggestion for Jesse it would be that he have an assistant that was able to do some running around (on short notice) when he has previously scheduled commitments. Things come up throughout the process and he would benefit from some additional help when his schedule is full (which, given his talent, is likely the norm). Overall, though, an excellent experience and outcome! We couldnt recommend him more!

ZillowVERIFIED If you plan to buy a house, do yourself a service and hire Jesse. I make snap decisions, I found a house online and wanted to make an offer immediately. Jesse helped me pace myself?he spent an hour with my husband and I, walking through the property helping us make a list of pros and cons. He encouraged us to continue our search even after we made an offer. He wasnt interested in making a quick commission, he wanted to help us find the right home! We did end up making an offer on that home and it was accepted. If that were the end of the story, I would say that Jesse is a wealth of knowledge, he addresses all aspects of a house (not just the aesthetic), and he is more interested in helping you make the right decision. Unfortunately, that was only part of the story. The current pandemic slowed our loan and the number of mistakes made by our mortgage broker were beyond frustrating. The seller could have walked away. If it were not for Jesses vigilance, I am sure he would have. If you want someone that has your best interest in mind, choose Jesse. Buying a home isn?t about luck, it?s about the person you choose to represent you.

ZillowVERIFIED Wow! What can I say. Jesse was excellent from beginning to end. My wife and were passively looking for a home and contacted Jesse who was referred to us by a friend. Never any pressure, but was always there when we needed him and always provided honest feedback. We found a home we like, he gave us all the right advice, and we made an offer. In this market, the sellers hold all the cards and we figured we would easily get outbid. He knew all the right strings to pull and after some back and forth with the seller, we beat out a few other buyers and our offer was accepted! That was only the beginning. Trying to buy a house through a pandemic was at times a little gut wrenching, but he was there all along. The loan processed was extended, and due to a few mistakes from our loan officer, we had some issues. I won?t lie! Jesse always found a way to smooth it out with the seller. ZillowVERIFIED Had a great experience working with Jesse. He is a great agent with a lot of experience and knowledge about the industry. As a first time homebuyer, Jesse was great at explaining the home buying process and very patient when answering my questions. I relied on his expertise when seeing houses, exploring different areas to live, and when discussing pros and cons of each house. Jesse did a great job not only during the home buying process, but also after the home the purchased. He made sure that we were happy once we moved in and that all the necessary repairs had been made. I was very impressed by his desire to get the job done and make sure that it was done to completion. Overall, I was 100% happy with having Jesse as my agent. I would definitely work with him again and recommend him as an agent to a friend.
