After 20 years in the hospitality industry (holding every imaginable position), Jesse earned a Bachelor's degree in Business in 2012 and ventured into Real Estate. Those who have met Jesse can fully comprehend his passion for delivering happiness to others - he is a true servant. Jesse Poll helped me buy a house 7 years ago. So, when I needed to sell that home, naturally I contacted Jesses. Selling a home in September of 2024 is not as easy as you think. I can not put into words enough what a fantastic agent Jesse is. I have used him for both buying and selling a home. Property I called on had an offer. Jesse helped me get a back up offer in. Although the original offer went through Jesse guided us toward the neighboring property which he helped us to secure and purchase. I started toying with the idea of purchasing a St. George property about a year ago. I did not have an agent, so I was calling listing agents to get more info on the properties that caught my eye. Jesse was by far the best listing agent I spoke with - always helpful, engaged, and very knowledgeable. I did not end up purchasing at the time. Fast forward 6 months, I decided I was ready. I remembered how great Jesse was so I gave him a call.... He was willing to assist with my hunt. I signed the paperwork and we began to work together. A few weeks of searching I found the perfect property. We made an offer, and we were off to the races. The process was bumpy due to my lender and Corona. Throughout the entire process, Jesse was communicative, transparent, and instrumental in finalizing the sale. I greatly appreciated his follow-up, reminders, and the videos. About a week after the sale I called Jesse and asked for help - I am not local to St. George and wanted measurements for the rooms so I could purchase furniture. Without hesitation and on the day of my request he went to condo and measured all the rooms for me. Jesse goes above and beyond in everything he does. I recommend Jesse without hesitation. If you want someone who is on top of things, communicative, and fun to work with, he is your guy. Jesse is the best of the best.
