ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I live in California, but were looking to purchase a property in Reno NV. Jesse met with us to view a variety properties, and even added some to the list that we hadn't thought of, to show us a range of what was available. Jesse is very knowledgeable regarding the RE market in Reno and surrounding areas, and his low-pressure, friendly demeanor made us feel comfortable right away. Jesse was always easy to get a hold of by text and phone, and his quick responses put us at ease. It took a little time, but we found the perfect property. Jesse guided us through the entire process, which was made a little more complex by the fact that the entire transaction happened long distance, and across state lines.On a side note, this is the 3rd property my husband and I have bought together. The first two properties we purchased, we had bad experiences with the respective real estate agents. In both cases, the RE agents were difficult to get a hold of, and did not seem to be looking out for our best interest. Our experience with Jesse was night and day compared to those first two experiences! Jesse is an excellent agent, and he works in a team, so if for some reason he is not available, one of his team members is. All of the team were great, and made us feel important. Jesse got us over every hurdle we came across with confidence and expertise. I highly recommend Jesse Morales, whether you are buying, or selling. You will not be able to find a better agent!

He was accommodating and worked with the seller to allow us access to our home prior to closing in order to plan for remodeling to be completed once we closed on our home. Jesse is a great guy who is family oriented and great with children. My son adores him and was very helpful and supportive when our young children were looking at houses with us, which was critically important for us as we were not always able to arrange child care. He worked with our schedules and we trusted him completely. He has checked in with us multiple times since we purchased our home and really cares about his client's satisfaction. I have been very impressed by Jesse and his team and would recommend him to family and friends.
