When we went to sell our house and buy our current house we thought about trying to sell it ourselves. After talking with Jesse, my husband and I changed our minds and decided to list it with him. Best decision we could have made. Since the house we were buying was listed with a relocation company - the buying experience my 2nd time around was not as smooth. Jesse just sold one of my properties with only the hardwood flooring installed, the walls had no paint, no cabinets, no doors not even a working bathroom yet. Yet Jesse got it sold.
