ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Leal was the most courteous and professional real estate agent I have ever dealt with. He has a passion for what he does. With us, there was never a no, to go see a listing. We had a horrible situation with an appraiser with the sale of our house, the appraiser completely botched the appraisal, Mr. Leal suggested to have a rebuttal, a rebuttal hardly ever works, the way Mr. Leal presented the rebuttal to the lender worked so well that another appraisal was ordered. We finally were able to sale our house. My wife and I have had a numerous of Real estate transactions and have experienced different realtors.
